No I don't. It is abundantly clear that Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld have dismissed that inspections and containment is a viable path. Don't make me go dig up speeches and rhetoric which is in plentiful and we have all heard. It is also abundantly clear that Bush went to the UN only under severe world and domestic (from his own party) negative opinion. Let's not try to fool anyone here. Bush has been steered from both sides of the argument and Powell has quietly won the tug of war so far. Even generals within the administration have counseled openly (Zinni quite openly) against a path of war. Avoiding war is a responsibility on both sides.
