No kidding. Glad you figured that out. By the way, if you ever do get the privilege of listing on a Realtor site, make sure you pay the errors/omission insurance premium necessary to protect your interests if sued for posting inaccurate, false or deceptive information. You'll be all alone in defending yourself.

You can get your listing in MLS for $500-$1000 BUT don't anymore help. No marketing, setting up appointments, lock boxes, no ads, brochures or showings or CMAs, no help with negociations, handling the inspections, nada.
Enter the menu driven brokerage.
