Gosh, Boz, I forgot to mention the fees you will have to pay to gain access to the MLS.....you'll have to go to real estate school and pass a state-administered exam to earn a license (fee required for both the training and the exam), then you will have to arrange for your license to be held by a broker (he'll have to be convinced you are serious and will bring in money to the firm) who will charge you many many fees for joining.... then you'll have to join national and state and local Realtor associations (fee required for all every year or your broker will send your license back to the state), and then you'll have to fork over money to the MLS just to get a password, and pay all required lockbox fees.....the list goes on year after year).

Are you still going to complain about not having MLS access? Are you sure you're going to earn enough money on a sale to make all this aggravation worthwhile?
