Correct....being a real estate broker licensed by the state does not mean the same thing as being a Realtor. They are two different things. Therefore, the licensed broker doesn't enjoy the same access to the MLS as a Realtor does......your statement about "access to the MLS going to a plain old real estate agent" was the reason I brought this up.
