Oil Patch Play - MRO

If you just want the dividend buy the common and sell the Jan 03 cc for $3.

Protection against loss down to 17.5 and you collect the dividend.
In fact you want the stock to drop (but no more than $3).

That should be a quite safe Play I would think.

If it rises you are out of the stock but such is life.
You still collect the dividend.
