I had checked the licensing before with the same results. I love the boxing record. I have a friend in the boxing business, He refs championship fights, among others. I guess I mean to say, he has done that well, that he has done championship fights. Golde Gloves? lol Well, it never ceases to amaze me. I think the "proper" authorities don't really care about the PA stuff. He probably never did any of it. I mean they would care if half what he said was true, but I am guessing he is just a mouth. Amazing....simply amazing...
