Listen to the replay of the ANF conference call. Its long, but worth it and by no means boring. I might even call it entertaining - the CEO is quite a character. You'll get a very good insight as to how management thinks about the business and what they think they've got. One of the best CC's I've ever listened to and the most I've ever heard this CEO open up. And don't stop early - the best stuff is near the end when the CEO explains how he manages what could very well have been just another fad retailer to be a "built to last" company.
