Yup, That is always the case.But hey Saddam wants peace!! OOOps - (maybe I should find another market moving reason). Really if this Failed Rally with a double bottom retest follows the same time frames as the October 98 failed rally double bottom - Mr Market will fiond some reason to Rally up and then go sideways into December. The we should get a nice January effect Rally which should scare us into March prewarnings Then hold onto your Hat. As chief would say "An epicenter 3 wave".
