Can you give me the website? or phone#? I need to list my place soon. I have a friend that will do it for like $600 I think. Maybe I should ask some of the realtors locally for a single service fee, you know like $300 just to put in a listing in the MLS and see what they will do the closing for if and when I find a buyer. I know this realtor work is not easy but I am sort of looking forward to it. Maybe if I like it I can be a real realtor someday and make those big big bucks. What I really would like to have is a featured listing in realtor.com. Those attract my attention as a prospective buyer when I am browsing around. I have a prospective buyer coming today at noon for a showing will see what happens with that one.
