just a wild and crazy assumption in-line with the way present day companies operate. any volume in the Apr and later PUTS above 300~400 per strike is VERY unusual. volume in the 3000 range per strike I call VERY suspect...and volume of 20,500 PUTS in a strike in this stock I assume somebody knows something.
Just my pessimistic nature that when volume in one strike rarely trades, and when it does, its usually 10~20~30 contracts and then one day 20.5K trade and the OI increases, a couple of weeks later a deal like this pops up...well, like I said, a wild and crazy assumption but I would think somebody knew they could walk away with the premiums in their pocket.<G>
