Bernie, Look at the chart and you will see that it is trying hard to rise along with the rest of the market but is hitting serious resistance at $15. Since the 7th it has been in a range of $14 to $15. My call for a temporary top is simply delayed. We will see $10 again before long. For now there seem to be a lot of frustrated people out there who want to speculate so the market is having a doomed attempt to rally, while those folks throw their dollars down the well. David
