I bought some more at the lows and then bought a bit more today. I don't think management is going to get away with anything but selling out. There's a new environment out there. It's hard to argue that this company should not liquidate and sell its technology to the highest bidder. That's essentially what this offer does. The only reason not to do that would be for management to keep paying out their salaries and perks. In today's world, that may very well be actionable.
