I do have friends in Marin and they are far from broke because they have me helping them make investment decisions. -g- They are tied to Marin for reasons of work and friends. Believe me I've tried to talk them out of living there many times just because what a fairly ordinary house costs in Marin will buy you a palace somewhere else.

I went for a visit a few years back to Mendocino with one of my good friends from Marin and I can tell you I froze my ass off up there. It was beautiful though. I was thankful for all those hot tub places so we could warm up. Nice sitting in a hot tub and looking at the night sky...lots of stars.
