A key "Break" point could be when Iraq makes their Dec 8th "Declaration," as they surely will, that they have no WMD or facilities for making WMD. This will be so patently false that the Admin may not accept it, and consider that a point to start an invasion. The UN will accept it, and want us to go on with the inspections. In the stories running down the reasons why Bush went with the UN, a key one was that Blix went to the White House and convinced Bush and Rice that he would be a tiger. I remember when reading it, that I could not believe the story.
