What did you want......times and dates? It may not be specific but its clear enough.

The break up of Yugoslavia and the ensuing civil war threatened the territorial integrity of several member nations.

Thats a real streach. There may have been refugees but they didn't threaten the territorial integrity of any NATO country. At least not more then illegal immigrants from Mexico could be said to threaten our territorial integrity and you don't see us asking for help from the German army to invade Mexico or patrol our border.


First, you perceive Iraq as a threat and it is thousands of miles away. Its not surprising that people would perceive fighting on their borders as a threat to their stability. If civil war broke out in Mexico or Canada, spilled out from time to time, and went on for years, we would become very concerned and would consider stepping in.

And btw illegals and refugees are far from being the same thing.
