A simple rule of thumb, even before the Bali bomb. For Xmas don't go to places that have an important Muslim community that the police is unable or unwilling to check upon, where profiling (yes, profiling) is impossible etc. So forget, at least for a while Malaysia, Philippines, Morocco, Kenya etc, and of course Israel. Tahiti, Hawai and the Carribean Windward Island should, even for the most demanding, compensate. All IMO. See, I'd hate to lose any of you.
