This can be a real problem for all trusts...
One thing to try and find is management that has a good size share holding, it sometimes stops them from buying and selling properties just for the commission. I see it a lot in REIT's where they sell property that "does not fit their core holding" or words to that effect. Triggers a capital gain, sometimes for no good reason except to generate commissions.
