4. you have to drive 75km to enter the US from there

Pardon moi?

Things changed on 9/11, son. Got it?

If you won't tighten up your own border controls (apparently you won't), we will tighten ours on our border with you. Take your choice.

I know you are anti-American. Frankly, on this matter I and most of my fellow Americans don't give a **** what you think. If you don't link our attitude, you may feel free to agitate for Canada to break relations with the US, withdraw from NATO and NORAD, and seal the border.

Not that there is any danger of that happening. The great majority of Canadians are good, sensible, self-reliant people who would be a credit to any nation. You are part of the small nut fringe in Canada. Just as you would be if you were in the US. T

Or any other civilized country.

The US and Canada got along fine before you showed up. We will continue to do so in spite of your presence there. And will do so after you decide to immigrate to one of the few remaining socialist pigsties.
