Even when the fee might be 1% it is still worth pursuing, e.g.

A 100K property after expenses might generate $5K revenue
Management 3% of $5K = $150

Sell a 100K property and get 1% of sale
Fee 1% of $100K = $1000

Big incentive, there are no easy answers, although even 3% is high because if you think about it the 3%(or whatever) is on top of the costs of providing the service. E.G. if you hire a Property Manager you pay 5% total, here you are paying 3% to manage the property manager(so to speak)

re: NCN

I remain puzzled about its price. Considering the opportunity cost of investing in US gov bonds, or other G-7 bonds, the rate of return on NCN is a no-brainer. However, the market doesn't price it in that way. From the 7.20 range, the price has slipped to 6.9+ range.

Why?
