Well, I'm nowhere near Brekeley, have never lived in Ca and only visited it once, for a weekend, about 25 years ago. It's a lot more than that. The drug war, IMO, is one of the most disasterous domestic policies to have been inflicted on the US in the past century. More damaging to our charcter and national interests even than WWII or Vietnam. More invasive of civil liberties than the McCarthy hearings. I could go on. But not if you're not interested in discussing the issue.
