I dont know, last I heard I was being sued by Medinah Minerals " MDMH' than the following month the CEO was Indicted, He had stated I demanded 1 million shares, I suppose if that were true I could have used them as place settings for childrens parties. :-)

Also, what is the status of the Marvin v. Janice Shell suit? Once again, I asked the question at RB but, I am out of the loop.

Randy,

I'm not sure if Janice Shell is able to discuss the details of Marvin vs. Janice Shell at this time. This suit certainly got a bit more interesting recently. Dobry writing a book? ROFL

Here is another name for you to contact: James.Leahy@thestreet.com. Mr. Dobry reportedly bragged he was writing a blockbuster expose of your group with someone directly working for James Cramer. Mr. Cramer was reportedly solicited at WLS by Mr. Marvin when he appeared as a guest on Mr. Marvin's radio show. Leahy reportedly found Mr. Dobry's material to have no merit and eventually abandoned the project.

Re: Gecc

The Georgia lawsuit against Gecc brought by Carla Hohenhouse and friends (most definitely not shareholders) was dismissed on jurisdictional grounds and may be refiled according to what Carla has posted.

The Companies suit against John Does and several named defendants is slowly proceeding - Gecc requested 120 additional days to find the bad guys – the subpoena of Lycos was not honored by RB and the judge refused Gecc’s request to impel them to comply.

Since commencing their lawsuit Gecc received notice from the Arkansas Securities Department that they are being investigated. A Ceast and Desist order was ordered by the ASD which prevents the Company and its officers from selling shares in Arkansas. This order was challenged in court by Gecc, but they failed to persuade the judge that selling unregistered shares was allowed under Arkansas law, a fact unkwown to John Dodge, the Golf attorney and Corpotate officer, he admitted.

They have been evicted from their headquarters.

The lost their only asset (an Hispanic UHF TV station with a potential maximum audience of 350 of mixed race) because they couldn’t make the payment.

Tim Brooker the erstwhile (resigned about 6 weeks ago) CEO and right wing activist has his home in foreclosure.

Their more current CEO Daniels is said to have resigned, but no statement has been issued. Todays filing a quarterly late filing was not signed by Daniels, but rather the multiple felon Jim Bolt. Oddly Brooker appears as a contact but not a signatory.

They have neglected to file an 8K reporting the ASD investigation and Ceast and Desist and the loss of their only asset. I guess they don’t consider it material.
