Actually,now I've looked at it some more. I wonder if it wasn't written by an American. It doesn't have quite the right swing and rhythm compared to a lot of the stuff I've seen on the Islamist sites. The kind of fear-mongering stuff in that report will be believed by a lot of people. You should have more faith in normal human beings. We're glued together a bit better than that.
