Here's a thought (market related)

We had a couple of IPOs this week. SINT and China Telecom and something else.....

If you were an underwriter and thought we were at the beginning of a multimonth rally, would you IPO at the beginning, or would you wait for the momentum to pick up a little bit more so that you could get more for the IPO?

In other words, I think that the underwriters saw a window of opportunity and took it.
