That's sounds good. When you say turn into a 2 quart bowl, do you mean a mold, or a kitchen bowl?

A favorite old maid aunt (back in the late 40's/50's) always made it for my birthday but always only with the vanilla flavor -- I remember it separating. Never thought of it with the fruit you mention -- sounds GREAT. Many thanks !!
