Time to hear independent Repubs, Libertarians, and Demos start to mention the fact that the 16th Amendment was not legally ratified, until it got to be an emerging issue that resonated with an enraged citizenry as the economy nosedives. There would then have to be a Supreme Court judgement. Don't even start with this tax protester BS. There are tons of Supreme Court cases where the Court has ruled based on the 16th Amendment. You're not going to see the Court grant cert on an the issue of whether the enabling Amendment even exists. It does. Now go pay your taxes.
