Pan American/Corner Bay extend merger close to Dec. 17 Corner Bay Silver Inc BAY Shares issued 19,536,109 Nov 15 close $3.00 Fri 15 Nov 2002 News Release Also (PAA) Mr. Ross Beaty of Pan American Silver reports PAN AMERICAN AND CORNER BAY EXTEND MERGER CLOSING DATE Pan American Silver and Corner Bay Silver have extended the date for closing of the plan of arrangement to merge the two companies as described in Stockwatch news dated June 19, 2002. The closing date has been extended until Dec. 17 to allow for the fulfilling of the underlying conditions required to close.
