China Rally

The "China-theme" is in play again. As Briefing.com has pointed out numerous times over the past six weeks, Chinese portal stocks such as SINA.com (SINA +9%), Netease.com (NTES +6.5%), Sohu.com (SOHU +24%), China.com (CHINA +6.8%) have been experiencing major price breakouts. Traders now positioning in even more speculative Asia-theme plays such as AsiaInfo (ASIA +29%), Qiao Xing Universal Telephone (XING +50%), and Taiwanese broadband provider GigaMedia (GIGM +27%). Large-cap name China Unicom (CHU +4%), market-cap $9.4 bln, also getting some play today. Experiencing a minor uptick is China Telecom (CHA +18.21 +0.25), which came to market this week in an IPO priced at $18.98 per share.

Hey Goober! Frank P. Hoosen is a big bond buyer.

I tried to get you to buy some of those Ford bonds weeks ago.

Frank P. Hoosen did.

Check my post to Cactus.
