yes he doesnt like te way it displays web pages for one. He has the one with the keyboard at bottom. I had the trio and I hated it as well, and ended up returning it.

Here's the best review of the Treo I've seen, from an individual user. The initial rollout of the Vision handsets had a few bugs on both the phone end and Sprint's side, but I've heard nothing negative about the Treo(until today<g>).
