Of course, I'm sure the courts were stacked against him I sense a <g> there ... The cases don't seem relevent, but I'll have to look more carefully at those and some others. FWIW, speaking of taxes and software, I did proprietary software development for 15 years, happily so ... rolled the sale partly into low-tech real estate as hedge, which turned out to be good diversification, in spite of HUGE property taxes, revenues more than made up for it. Uh, I think I'm pretty much paying my cut.... We can only grin and bear it <g> The next year is another question, possible recession/depression, and the only thing Fed can do is ignite a bit of inflation. It won't be a pretty sight, imo.
