Coots, and "royally F'd it up on their own" they will. I just came from a local VZ outlet in midtown, Manhattan. Two pieces of information came out of my latest pilgrimage:

1. KYO7035 (the KYO pda/phone combo to compete with the Treo) now will not be available until January, after promising it forever for Sep't, Oct, for X-mas, for mid-Nov, etc. Supposedly, did not pass VZ testing.

2. Re BREW specifically, the folks on the floor still have no idea what BREW is--the folks on the floor must be taking their cue from Corporate Sales and Training. A bright, personable young fellow said, when I asked if the KYO 7035 will be BREW-enabled, "No, it doesn't need BREW. It's already got all the games pre-loaded in the handset." I tried to explain, but with this organization it's like the Dutch boy filling in the ocean with a sandbucket.
