actually I am pretty interested in what this low interest rate refinancing will do to the market ...
do people refinance to cut down on the number of years to repay the mortgage or do they get money out of refinancing and spend it ...

if a lot of people refinance and cut down from 30 years to 15 years with roughly the same payment or a little bit more, then there is not a whole lot of money going into the economy if that is the case ...

if we hit the lowest point in interest rate, and it starts to go back up, the whole refinance is dead
