Interesting !! Here's how RB responded to a query from one of their posters: AZNT is a single case situation. It was a decision made by myself and members of my team. The basic situation is this. We currently have a support issue. The AZNT board was our single highest producer of TOS complaints - dwarfing our other volume. The company no longer trades, and in dealing with this board - our CS team was unable to attend to other issues. Therefore, we have halted posting on the board. This MAY or may not be temporary -depending on the impact of our TOS volume. Closing down a board was not a simple choice. However, right now – tough choices need to be made for the betterment of the entire community. Unfortunately – your board was the one affected. It sucks – but its reality. Aaron ragingbull.lycos.com
