Hey Ed.

I'll take the GTW chart question, but will defer the Ford perferred question to Sergio. I know that Ford is redeeming all of their Series B's at just over 25.00 per share and will pay the regular div. for this go round (the info. that you sent me), but I don't know how that effects the price of the common.

On the GTW chart:

stockcharts.com[m,a]daolyyay[pb50!b200][vc60][iUb14!Li14,3]&pref=G

Look to the gap at about 3.25/3.30 to fill (given the downtrend in the Stcoh's) I expect that gap to fill within the next week or two. That would be a good spot to go for a trade, helping to lower your cost base on the core shares.

BTW, good going on the AMTD trade...<GGGGGGG> Now don't you wish you would have doubled down at 4.15ish? LOL

Are you snowing there yet? I ment to ask earlier, but forgot.

Ed, Ford is calling the preferreds as part of its restructuring plan. It's paying almost a 10% premium to the ten year bond dividend on the preferred. Ford will get better terms elsewhere. The call has no direct impact on the common.
