Use what everybody uses: A basket of currencies. ROFL.
You mean: diversify the risk in order to "perform better".
As the index funds? Only lose 15% when the market tanks 20%? Yeah, I perform 5% better than the market, pay objective's fees to the fund manager and still lose money.
Losing less is performing better: new financial lingo.

Seriously, yes, one should use a basket, and the (old) question was: which ones?
DJ already directed me to the EU candidates: there is some dynamics in those countries in order to meet the EU criteria which help cleaning the economy, hence strengthening the currency.

So (the same old question from an old post):
