Actually, the reason that I'm even neutral on the NBIX call is not valuation. I don't like the immunotoxin and APL programs, and I'm afraid of bad news related to the non-insomnia programs coming before good.

I actually think that it's just plain silly, talking about peripheral use of the immunotoxin.

Remember...... most SI biofreaks didn't like NBIX *until* the early, lame programs had failed. They have a tradition of the very best and the very worst. And, deeper in the clinical and preclinical pipe??..... there's some more of the very best, addressing nice, large markets.

I hate this "focus on end of nose" era of assigning valuations. But..... given 2002 to date, the sector damn well deserves it.
