Right, and yours truly has been trying to get Officer

Friendly the SEC garbage to take a few days from ignoring the MASSIVE crimes of the mob junk owners of them and the criminal administration - and actually produce a case. If the garbage manages this - after 44 months - they can presumably produce something called due process of law.

But of course the mob owned garbage can't.

No person (Not citizen, but person) shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law...

5th Amendment "...nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;"

I don't see the criminal case.

No person (Not citizen, but person) shall be denied equal protection of the laws.

The federal law said you had to be a citizen, just like you have to be a citizen to be president. By your argument Saddam himself could be a screener if he was around, he's a person.
Child molestors could be teachers and Clinton could be an attorney in Arkansas. Oh wait, Clinton got due process.;)

We'll see anyway, this is not the end of the matter in question.
