I know I never had all the info, never claimed to
FERC's involvement is typical of burokracy screwup and impediments to progress
I do believe a shortage of energy supplies existed to some extent
two new Calpine 500 megawatt stations (one in NorthCA, one in SouthCA) have alleviated the strain in electricity
nothing will alleviate it in natgas
a national shortage is imminent

you cannot deregulate, then set middle price limits
it leads to the more legitimate supplier participants exiting the game

thanks again, much appreciated to be enlightened further in an apolitical deeper manner
