I understand the concept. You can't afford health insurance because the Feds and probably your state have enacted such an ungodly mess of regulations and mandated services that private carriers can't make a profit selling it to you at a price you can afford.

The solution isn't to hand the whole mess they've created over to them to administer. The solution is for them to fix the mess they've created and get the hell out of our lives.
