Hi, John - Joe has already posted that people have brought it through Canada Customs, no problem.

Pennsaid is already available from Canada's Special Access Plan

hc-sc.gc.ca

...but with a prescription.

I'm not sure what would happen to a shipment, should it be questioned.

There seems to be an element of risk, without a prescription. That's just a perception; I have no factual basis for the statement.

Regards,

Jim

Edit: just read my PM's . Post was made by by gg cox. But he was not saying he saw it for sale on EBAY he was suggesting it. I'm not really interested in becomeing a distributor. Anybody can do what I did.

You have a similar problem that I do. Just go to your MD, make sure you have a perscrioption and if customs intercepts your shipment, just get your doctor to vouche for you. That is what I did, in the end if was not necessary.

Good Luck.
