Jim,

I doubt I would fall under the rules for a special prescription, my pain isn't severe or life-threatening just bothersome. I broke my leg badly a few years ago playing hockey and after getting the plate and screws out everything seemed great except I had a lot of pain in the joint of my big toe. They said it somehow became arthritic after my injury, but I think I'm too young. Anyway I walk slightly differently to avoid the pain, and I think this recently caused what the doctor called a "march" fracture in one of the small bones of my foot.

I actually wanted to get into the Vancouver trials just so I could try some on my toe as well as my knee injury which wasn't arthritic and has since cleared up. They were going to replace the bottle in the trial every time you went in for a check, and I realize now they wouldn't have let me keep the old stuff for my toe because that would have screwed up the double blind. And I was also assuming that I actually had the Pennsaid rather than the placebo.

I don't want to buy six to twelve bottles, but if I thought I could legally sell the excess on eBay, then I would fork over the money.

regards, john

<<He simply refused to prescribe a medication that was unapproved.>>

Are you not in canada? I thought they a "specical dispensation" or something?

I am luckly in that regard as it was approved in UK and Dr. would have said I had a need.

Anyway order the stuff from Barbados, what they gonna do put you in jail for smuggling Pennsaid! the risk is you lose a little over $100 bucks. Hell I have 500x that invested in this stock!!
