Its only 2 founders- the "2 Henry's", Nicolas and Samuel(? can't quite recall and don't feel like looking). Each one with 11.5% of brcm earlier this year. I use this site to see their holdings, not quite up to date but certainly more accurate than yahoo which shows them as nearly sold out. Ownership at bottom. I then verified it with edgar, this site is correct. moneycentral.msn.com I have tried to trade brcm from time to time and imo this muddies the water in some way- not really sure how though. It is a difficult stock due to this issue. Having said all this, when they do sell it will be an avalanche. However, with the exception of a few 100K sells here and there now, they aren't selling. The problem is, their entire holdings don't show up in yahoo so it appears that they are dumping en masse- shorts pile on, and its a squeeze.
