AJ: Rally is a hybrid of April 2001 and November 2001 and it has some unique aspects. We are setting up a series of exhaustion spikes in a rounding top formation. One can't get bearish on the declines or bullish on the spikes in the short term. In the intermediate term, exhaustion spikes are the topping game. They are not the mark of some sustained move up as postulated by the bulls.
