AJ: Rally is a hybrid of April 2001 and November 2001 and it has some unique aspects. We are setting up a series of exhaustion spikes in a rounding top formation. One can't get bearish on the declines or bullish on the spikes in the short term. In the intermediate term, exhaustion spikes are the topping game.
