Kenneth, I would think you would have agreed that the IRS was a rogue agency. The administration seeks to tame it, so it doesn't appear as an enemy of it's own people. The great change in the IRS is merely NORMAL DUE PROCESS. I believe as an attorney you are familiar with the 4th amendment. How is is that you fly into a tirade about searches, stops or inspections near the borders, an area legally vulnerable to abuse by foreign agents and an area covered by law for such activities, yet when the IRS former power to strip you of your assets and unconstitutionally place the burden of proof on the citizen is rightfully stripped from them, you make an argument that appears to be opposite your conceptual beliefs of the constitutional freedoms. Do you not praise the Republican Congress for reversing such abuse?
