Ah, is kenny a tax cheat? Using all those tax cheat ways raised the ire of the IRS.... Why did you waste IRS resources by using tax cheat methods not to pay your fair share.

OR....

If the IRS has resources to go after non Tax Cheats, then how can one argue they have to few resources?????
