It would be so much better if, instead of some contstantly lobbing spitballs, that the person who is complaining, could advance one or two ways that might be an improvement on whatever it is they are complaining about.

Yes it would be better, but the idea of criticizing some activity and suggesting we need to think about it a little harder is valid too...
