The only thing I do not like is in bold below: Universal Display is engaged in the research, development and commercialization of Organic Emitting Diode Technology for use in flat panel displays and other applications. For the six months ended 6/30/02, revenues totaled $990 thousand, up from $463 thousand. Net loss rose 27% to $10.9 million. Results reflect $500 thousand in Phase I contract revenue from the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency, offset by a $2.2 million interest expense. If this company had any brains it would do a big secondary offering right now and pay off that debt.
