You can't assume there is relentless insider selling you have to establish it. Scientific methodology. Don't assume if you can prove. That builds the case against those that would assume otherwise. Plus this ratio is so extreme it is saying insiders see nothing but big trouble ahead, BECAUSE a deep study made very recently established some powerful points on insider selling. Insider selling/buying; sell to buy ratio is most severe at least 6-months in advance of worsening news. This 76-1 sellers over buyers in Tech and Consumer services is saying 6-months to 12th month from now matters will be worse than they are now. The study, found that insiders in order to avoid any charges of insider knowledge dump way in advance of bad news. Per this study this 76-1 ratio in Tech and Consumer services is off the charts in giving an indication of bad news on top of bad news 6-month hence. What can be concluded is all references from management to seeing a recovery, or hoped for recovery are total BS. The insider selling is saying we are SCARED,point blank scared of what we see in the future. I have been keeping an eye on insider selling so therefore you who don't bother too, i can tell you the insider selling has worsened severely after improving earlier in the year. Max max
