Hi Elmat:

Things are changing day to day here in Germany, but the fact remains

- the deficit is (far) higher than expected
- somebody up there knew before H2B realized it (!)
- deflationary spiral is a distinct, although still small possibility

It's in the hands of ECB to act now.
