I would tell people, however, that money into real estate that is USEFUL real estate, not speculative raw land or a rental property that one can't properly manage, is money that is likely to be seen again, at some point in the future. ...and we WERE talking about "savings", weren't we....or were we talking about shooting the lights out with a killer investment idea?
