Otherwise, I checked your post for political correctness to the threads demanding standard. It passes... I'm sure your pleased. You were a little tough on people who sit on School boards, but I'm am sure they are tolerant enough to let that one pass -g-

Looking at your link, it looks like short sales are labeled separately from sales. I'm curious how one determines the difference between a sale and a short sale when looking at the tape.
